Should I stop eating carbohydrates?
Why is eating pasta, potato and bread a No-No these days ? Anything that’s too restrictive is likely not sustainable in the long term. A healthy balanced diet consists of the core food groups in the right proportions !
Grain serves (2): 1 cup cooked fettuccine. Meat/alternatives (1): 0.5cup 65g cooked lean mince. Veggies (2.5): 1.25cup zucchini, mushroom and carrots. Dairy (1): 0.25cup cheese.
