Can healthy eating be simple?



Healthy eating can be simple like this plate of salmon and vegetables. A lot of the times humans complicate things where it doesn’t need to be complicated. Let’s put a stop to overthinking that healthy meals are difficult. It doesn’t have to be fancy with 10million ingredients and still can be yummy. I only used 7 ingredients in total. Meat/alternative serves (2): 200g salmon . Vegetable serves (3): 1.5 cup carrots, cauliflower and mushroom. Flavour: cooked in olive oil, tang of lemon and a kick of good old pepper.
