If you are really thinking about your heart health, eat fish 2-3 times a week for: ✅ healthy individuals and individuals at high risk for primary prevention (to prevent having heart disease) and ✅individuals with established heart disease for secondary prevention (to prevent the heart disease from getting worse) 🎈💡let’s celebrate here 🤗as for those who somehow cannot have a fishy dinner such as other family members being allergic you can still get your fishy lunch!
