One habit that really resonated with me was Habit Three "Putting First things First". It divides habits into 4 quadrants. 1️⃣Important and Urgent- things to do immediately such as kitchen fire and some calls. 2️⃣Important and Not Urgent such as healthy eating 🥗🍆🍅, exercise 🏃‍♀️and long term goal setting 💡📝 3️⃣Urgent and Not Important such as interruptions and other calls. 4️⃣Not Important and Not Urgent such as mindless web browsing and time wasters.
