Rebecca enjoys seeing a variety of clients 1-On-1 and creates Healthy Menus for restaurants and cafes. She is also completing her PhD on cardiometabolic health outcomes, frailty, dietary patterns and more plant-based diets. She is academically involved in tutoring dietetic students medical nutrition, dietetics training placement and methods in nutrition research units of study.

1-On-1 consults: She has a special interest in weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, healthy ageing, lifestyle prevention and experience in managing clients with multiple chronic conditions. Rebecca loves helping people develop nutrition skills for sustainable healthy living.  

Healthy Menus: She is passionate about creating healthier food environments through healthy menus with nutrition information and healthier choices designed based on expert nutrition criteria. Rebecca loves to work with restaurants and cafes to realise their dreams in creating a sustainable food business whilst helping diners eat healthier, bring nutrition awareness and promote responsible consumption. 

Rebecca has a broad experience in clinical dietetics, community health, nutrition research, academia and food science knowledge to develop personal and creative solutions for clients of the highest quality. Previously she optimised the nutrition of elderly at the Centre for STRONG Medicine in Balmain Hospital, disseminated new findings as a research dietitian at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and communicated nutritional messages to customers as a Woolworths In-store Dietitian. She delivered group education sessions to children above a healthy weight and their families as a Go4Fun Nutrition Leader for NSW Local Health Districts. 

Rebecca shares inspirational healthy lifestyle messages through blog articles, photos and dining out videos via Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. In her spare time, she engages in badminton, basketball, hiking, travels, discovers new food, easy healthy recipes, spends time with family, friends and volunteers with charities.
